At Muddy Boots our fees are calculated according to a monthly average, to create a fixed monthly fee.
For children attending all through the year, this is calculated by: Weekly fee x 52 / 12
For example, 3-year-old Jack attends nursery 3 full days per week. His monthly fees would be: (3 x £41) X 52 /12 = £533.00 per month.
When you register your child you will be asked to fill in a Direct Debit mandate. This means that payments are withdrawn from your bank account automatically by nursery, without you having to do anything.
We withdraw all Direct Debits on the first working day of the month. This means that fees are due in advance.
Invoices are emailed out on the 20th of the month prior so that you can check for any discrepancies.
Any partial or full payment of fees by any method other than Direct Debit (e.g. Employer’s Childcare Vouchers) must be received before invoices are sent on the 20th for them to be accounted for on the invoice.
For example, Jack’s fees of £533.00 for the month of August would be due in full on the 1st August. Parents would receive August’s invoice to check for any discrepancies on the 20th July.
