After running local Parent and Toddler groups for several years, bumping into families from all walks of life, Anna and her husband Andy were keen to set up Muddy Boots Nursery to fill a need for great childcare they saw in the area.
They have a vision for a dynamic, full-of-life, standard-setting nursery where children can learn from excellent role-models in a positive, safe environment. The name ‘Muddy Boots’ really sums up our whole ethos – to not be afraid to let children learn by getting muddy, going on adventures and getting out there and having a go! We believe in the best for every child, who are all individuals and should be given the opportunity to flourish into their full potential.
Andy & Anna are kept busy with their three young boys all under the age of 5, who all attend/have attended Muddy Boots.
Anna is qualified to Level 6 with Early Years Professional Status and uses her qualification to ensure the children benefit from a full and varied curriculum at the nursery.
Andy is business-minded, having recently completed the prestigious Goldman Sachs ‘10,000 Small Businesses’ Programme. He focuses on training Leaders in Muddy Boots, casting vision to the team, and making sure the finances are all held together.
“Muddy Boots really is a dream come true for us, we’re passionate about providing the best childcare through a genuinely fantastic down-to-earth, loving team.
We are always looking for ways we can improve the nursery and would be extremely keen to hear any feedback – if you have any comments, questions or suggestions, please do contact us directly on firstname.lastname@example.org, any time.” – Anna & Andy
