We really can’t say it enough, but here at Muddy Boots we think our staff are the best! As much as we appreciate lovely rooms, plenty of resources and outdoor spaces perfect for adventure, it’s our teams of practioners, deputy and room leaders and managers that truly make Muddy Boots what it is.
They are simultaneously a best friend, teacher, leader, adventure buddy, exercise partner, creative designer and everything in-between, doing all of it all whilst fostering and showing a genuine love which each individual child who calls Muddy Boots home!
Each year we host our annual awards night, where we celebrate all of our team, as well as giving out some big awards! The awards are given for Carer of the Year (per room, voted for by our families), Value of the Year (voted by our managers) and Colleague of the Year (voted by our team).
